Q: Is this cream suitable for oily or combination skin?
Yes. The formula is lightweight and non-greasy despite containing rich moisturizing ingredients like Shea Butter and Squalane. Niacinamide actively regulates oil production, making it well-suited for oily and combination skin types. It absorbs quickly without leaving a heavy residue.
Q: Can men with sensitive skin use this product?
The formula contains soothing ingredients like Allantoin, Aloe Barbadensis Extract, and Sophora Angustifolia Root Extract that help calm irritation. However, this product does contain Fragrance. If you have highly sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend performing a patch test on the inner arm before full facial use.
Q: How often should I use this face cream?
For best results, apply twice daily — once in the morning after cleansing and once at night as the last step in your routine. Consistent use over 4–8 weeks will deliver the most noticeable improvements in hydration, tone, and texture.
Q: How much product should I use per application?
A pea-sized amount (approximately 0.3–0.5g) is sufficient for the entire face. Warm it between your fingertips before applying in gentle upward strokes. Using more product does not accelerate results.
Q: Can I use this under sunscreen in the morning?
Yes. Apply the face cream first, allow it to absorb for 1–2 minutes, then apply your SPF on top. We strongly recommend pairing with a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen during the day, especially when using Niacinamide, which can increase skin sensitivity to UV exposure.
Q: Does this cream contain alcohol?
No drying alcohols (such as ethanol or denatured alcohol) are present in this formula. The Cetearyl Alcohol listed in the ingredients is a fatty alcohol — it acts as an emollient and emulsifier, not a drying agent.
Q: What is Bifida Ferment Filtrate and why is it in this cream?
Bifida Ferment Filtrate is a probiotic-derived ingredient produced by fermenting Bifidobacterium. It is clinically recognized for its ability to strengthen the skin barrier, improve moisture retention, and reduce signs of environmental stress and aging. It is one of the key active ingredients in this formula.
Q: Is this product vegan?
This formula contains Beeswax, which is an animal-derived ingredient. It is therefore not fully vegan. It is, however, cruelty-free — no animal testing is conducted at any stage of production.
