How to Use Bilberse Lash Serum

For best results, follow these simple steps every night. Consistency is key — most users see visible improvement within 4–6 weeks.

Step 1: Remove All Makeup

Start with a completely clean face. Remove all eye makeup, mascara, and contact lenses before applying. Any residue on the lash line can block absorption and reduce effectiveness.

Step 2: Cleanse and Dry

Wash your face with your regular cleanser and pat dry. Make sure the eye area is fully dry before application — moisture can dilute the serum and affect results.

Step 3: Apply Along the Upper Lash Line

Using the precision applicator, draw one thin, even stroke along the base of your upper lash line — just like applying eyeliner. Apply to both eyes. One stroke per eye is all you need.

⚠️ Do not apply to the lower lash line. Do not get product directly into the eye.

Step 4: Let It Absorb

Allow the serum to fully absorb for 1–2 minutes before applying any other products. Do not rub or touch the eye area after application.

Step 5: Continue Your Routine

Order Tracking

Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipping label is created. In some cases, a carrier may not scan a package at every stage of transportation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Bilberse cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be redirected or reshipped because of an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address.

Duties and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are specifically collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Bilberse does not control customs decisions or the amount of government charges.

Refusing a shipment because of customs charges does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund. Any return shipping, customs, or handling costs incurred may be deducted where permitted.

Split Shipments

An order may arrive in more than one package due to inventory location, package size, fulfillment requirements, or product availability.

Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates. Additional shipping charges will not be added after checkout unless separately agreed with the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If a package appears delayed, customers should first review the tracking information and check with:

Carrier investigations may require additional processing time.

Packages Marked as Delivered

A carrier’s delivery confirmation is generally treated as evidence that the package was delivered to the address provided.

Where a customer reports that a package marked as delivered cannot be found, Bilberse may assist with a carrier inquiry. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the investigation, available evidence, applicable law, and the circumstances of the delivery.

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, retain the product and all original packaging. Take clear photographs of:

• The external shipping package.
• The shipping label.
• The internal packaging.
• The affected product.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, customs nonpayment, or failure to collect the shipment may be subject to return shipping and handling costs.

Any eligible refund may be issued after the package is returned and inspected, less applicable non-refundable costs where permitted by law.
